OMG! Usher'sSuper Bowl halftime show performance is almost here.
Apple Music has dropped an upbeat teaser for this year's Super Bowl LVIII halftime show, which Usher will headline. The trailer is set to his song "Yeah!" and combines clips of Usher from throughout his chart-topping career with footage of his enthusiastic fans, as well as LeBron James, J Balvín, and Jung Kook.
Apple Music described the "epic" performance as being "30 years in the making." It's coming three decades after Usher released his self-titled debut album in 1994.
Balvín's involvement in the teaser also came after the Colombian singer joined forces with Usher and DJ Khaled on "Dientes," a track that interpolated "Yeah!" with a more uptempo beat. Usher's original song, which featured Lil Jon and Ludacris, is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2024. From the album "Confessions," the track topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 12 consecutive weeks.

Usher was confirmed as the Super Bowl halftime show headliner in September, with the "U Got It Bad" singer saying at the time, "It's an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list. I can't wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they've seen from me before."

Just two days before the Super Bowl, Usher is also set to drop "Coming Home," his highly anticipated ninth studio album and his first solo album since 2016's "Hard II Love."
In December, Usher concluded a hugely successful residency in Las Vegas after 100 shows. He told USA TODAY he was getting the "practice that I need" for the Super Bowl halftime show "with an actual live audience" in Vegas, and he is "100% invested in making certain that I get that right for these 13 minutes." He added, "That's like the most incredible playlist I would have ever put together in my life if I get it right."
Usher will be following Rihanna as Super Bowl halftime show headliner. The "Diamonds" singer made headlines for revealing she was pregnant during her performance in 2023.
Super Bowl LVIII will air on Feb. 11.
